While users retain ownership of their personally submitted content (such as custom prayer requests, personal notes, and playlist organization), all system-generated content including but not limited to:

• Generated audio affirmations
• System-crafted declarations
• System-generated prayers
• Commentary
• Audio renderings

remain the intellectual property of Affirmly.ai. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use this content for personal purposes only.

Account Terms

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and any activities that occur under their account. The Service reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in unauthorized use of the platform, or for any other reason at the discretion of Affirmly.ai.
